2. Service Description

DNPost.com offers domain brokerage services, including but not limited to, assisting with the purchase, sale, and negotiation of premium domains. Please note that premium domains often exceed $100,000 USD in value. We may request proof of funds, identification, and a Zoom meeting as part of our due diligence.

2.1. 15% Commission

For successful transactions, DNPost.com charges a 15% commission, which is added to the final sale price and is payable at the same time the transaction is completed. This commission is non-refundable.

3. Client Selection

Due to a high volume of inquiries, DNPost.com carefully selects which clients to work with. Submitting a request does not guarantee that we will engage with you. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

4. Requirements for Service

Clients may be required to provide the following before engaging in any transaction:

• Proof of funds: To verify financial capability.

• Identification (ID): A valid government-issued ID.

• Zoom Meeting: A virtual meeting with Gerard Michael for identity verification and transaction discussions.

• No VPN Usage: Clients must not use VPNs during communications or transactions to ensure transparency and security.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the individual contract for each transaction. The 15% commission will be added to the final sale price and is payable at the same time the transaction is completed. This commission is non-refundable.

6. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

By submitting any form on our website, you agree to adhere to our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This means that any information exchanged between you and DNPost.com, including discussions regarding domain transactions, pricing, and any other sensitive data, must remain confidential and cannot be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from DNPost.com.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected as part of the domain acquisition or sale process will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DNPost.com provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the services provided. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from the purchase or sale of a domain.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNPost.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Amendments to the Terms

DNPost.com reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such changes.
